Packaging

My packaging work reflects a balance of brand storytelling, technical clarity, and real-world functionality. Across POP displays, anti-static bags, retail systems, ship-ready cartons, and prototype concepts, I design with a focus on hierarchy, usability, and visual impact, ensuring each solution not only protects and presents the product, but also communicates clearly and performs effectively in both retail and professional environments.

POP Display

Bold, high-visibility POP display for Rain Buster weatherproof sealant leverages a striking yellow-and-blue palette, strong typographic hierarchy, and industrial badge iconography, presented across three distinct design options, to communicate durability, reliability, and jobsite performance at a glance. Designed with a die-cut, foldable structure, the packaging efficiently transitions from flat to assembled form, creating an angled, open-face display that maximizes product visibility and retail impact while maintaining shipping efficiency.

Retail Anti-Static Bag

This series of anti-static packaging for LED ribbon tape is characterized by a cinematic, industrial design language that strikes a balance between precision, hierarchy, and brand authority. The matte black pouches establish a neutral, professional foundation, allowing high-contrast typography, metallic gold accents, and color-coded data systems to clearly communicate product tiers, specifications, and use cases at a glance. The design centers on modular information architecture and on-set usability, where each package functions as both protective containment and a quick-reference tool for technicians.

Header Card/Retail

A refined, retail-forward packaging system that contrasts a clean, translucent bag with a bold, cinematic header card, using flowing spectral wave graphics to visually express light diffusion, flexibility, and continuous output. The design language pairs minimal, high-precision typography with vibrant gradient motion, shifting between light and dark header variants, and differentiates product tiers while maintaining a cohesive system. Clear SKU selection markers and subtle brand cues reinforce a balance of engineered performance and expressive illumination.

Combo Retail/Ship-Ready

A cohesive, ship-ready retail packaging system that unifies product, box, and documentation through a bold, industrial design language rooted in clarity, hierarchy, and performance-driven branding. The carton leverages a matte black field with high-contrast white typography, and signature gold accents establishes a premium, studio-grade presence. Modular spec callouts are organized in a clear, grid-based system for immediate technical comprehension. This same visual system extends seamlessly throughout the product. The included user guide adopts a stripped-back, line-art approach that emphasizes function, accessibility, and quick-start clarity. The overall design balances rugged, logistics-friendly packaging with a refined retail presentation.

Prototype Designs

Two prototype packaging directions explore solutions for balancing product visibility, brand clarity, and SKU differentiation within a compact retail footprint. The clear clamshell approach emphasizes maximum visibility and bold, high-contrast branding for quick identification, while the windowed carton system utilizes structured layouts and modular spec grids to organize complex information and support scalable product variations, together establishing a flexible design language that merges visibility, hierarchy, and precision.

Retail Box

A unified retail packaging system that aligns box, product, and documentation through a clear, performance-driven design language focused on hierarchy, legibility, and real-world usability. The matte black and gold palette establishes a premium, studio-grade presence, while high-contrast typography and grid-based spec callouts solve for immediate technical comprehension at a glance. This same visual system is carried to the product interface, reinforcing consistency and ease of use. The user guide’s simplified line-art approach reduces complexity and supports quick-start functionality.
